Hello,
With ez caps you do not need campden tablets. They are added to
fresh fruit juices 24 hours before adding yeast to kill any molds and
act as an antioxidant.
Being you are using prepared juices you don't need the campden.
It can also be used in stronger doses to sterilize your equipment.
