I tried a modified version of a honey mead. I used one cup honey and
one cup granulated white sugar then topped it off with apple juice.
I fermented for 4 days and got a finished product of about 5%
alcohol. It was good, but very sweet. Too sweet for my taste. Next
time I will either half each or used just the honey.
