I dont think that it was the temperature, because i had a second
bottle right next to it that was fine(white grape, sugar, yeast). I
have it about 1 foot away from our gas heater, which does go on and
off, but i dont see how it could have been above 80.. Is it possible
to have too much sugar? I think that could be it because i just re-
read the directions for the beer, and it said 1/10 can of malt,
water, and yeast. Well I put in malt, water, sugar, and yeast. So I
guess i shouldnt have put any sugar in at all. I'm gonna try again
with the beer tomorrow and also try this recipe i found for Apple
Spice Wine that sounds awesome.
