What are the bare necessities for EZ Caps to work? I want to make an
almond wine, using about half cup each of almonds and raisins,
boiling them in water then adding it to the bottle with sugar and
yeast. If I do this, do I need to add juice, or could I just use
water? I think the juice would diminish the flavor of the almonds,
so would it still ferment just as well with water as opposed to
juice? Would fermentation take longer?
