One of my tastiest EZ caps recipies is slow by easy caps standards, but
still WAY fast by traditional winemaking standards.
Make a "regular" batch of either "Nature's Nectar" or "Welch's" White
Grape Rasberry juice (about 1 1/2 liters), 1/2 cup cane sugar, and your
ez caps yeast, let it brew 14 days at 70-75 degrees F and be sure to
shake it up good every day. Refridgerate it to knock the yeast back,
then sulfite to kill the last of the beaties off. mix in another 3/4
cup sugar and drink up.
It's yummy-yummy!
