1/8 or 1/16 teaspoon measuring device

something that will measure 1/8th and 1/16th of a teaspoon. Yet most
kitchen measuring devices don't help with somehting this small. Is
there a trick? Or is there a wine making measuring set that is
designed for such small amounts? What does everyone use? thanks,
