Cherry wine

Last year, I filled a 2 liter bottle with cherries, right off the
tree. added sugar, and a little water. 1 scoop of yeast. It wasn't
bad, I think it needed more sugar, they are sour cherries. Didn't have
time this year, but when I get the recipe right, I'll post it .
