Hey everyone! Brand new to e-z caps and brewing in general. I have three
2-liters going right now: A hard cider, a white grape, and a
mead/cyser....Here's what I did for the cyser...
1/2 water
1/4 apple juice
12 ounces of honey
1/4 cup sugar
a pinch of yeast
The main question I have is...do I use the e-z cap when making mead, or do I
leave it uncovered?
