HELP!

I made or tried to make hard lemonaide. What did I do wrong.I used
real lemon fron the bottle,1 cup of sugar, and 2 caps of yeast. It is
very sour after 3 days. Can I add cane sugar or table sugar to it to
sweeten it? Thanks Jan
