The 'dose' method was an archaic measuring system that is no
longer used. Go by the instructions that came with the EZ Cap kit. You
can never add too much yeast. The more yeast you add, the quicker
fermentation will begin. You could add the whole bottle but it wouldn't be
very cost effective.
