right now i have some white grape juice and some apple juice fermenting! i
added around half a cup of sugar to both. i'm excited to see how they turn out!
i have a quick question though, can you ferment apple cider? if so, does it
taste okay? it normally needs to be refridgerated which is why i was wondering.
any other tips for a newbie?
