Foul smelling wine

Hello,
I put my firts batch of wine in the fridge after a 7 day brew
time. It has been in the fridge now for about 3 days. I opened it up
to smell it and noticed it had an egg type smell or a bad egg type
smell.
This is Welches white grape juice that I used. Any ideas why it
is like this? Does it need to be siphoned into a clean container?
