I'm making my first batch (white grape) and am wondering if anyone
has had a bottle or cap fail in a bad way.
I have one bottle that looks like it is coming along nicely, under
high pressure, and started another one but they are in an area where
if they burst could cause a sticky mess. Is that a concern?
I imagine the caps would allow extra pressure out before anything
like that might happen, but still, this being my first time I'm a bit
nervous.
They can't "pop" can they? I won't be mopping the walls right?
