Kris,
This is ~ most likely ~ not mold. The sediment you see at the bottom
of the container sometimes gets loose in all the ferment'n and lets
go of small parts which ascend to the surface. Trust me. I live in
a house that seems to grow mold as easy as you can lick your lips and
I haven't had that problem (inside the bottle or out).
