Sake update

its not done yet, i wanna give it time.but i cheated and snuck a sip.
One thing is for sure, its not vinegar. I havent had sake in a while
but from what i remember, this creation has a definate ricey(my new
adjective) flavor. i believe it will be yummy when chilled!
